高嶋ちさ子 Chisako TAKASHIMA

PROFILE
Chisako Takashima started violin at age 6. After graduating from Toho Gakuen School of Music, she went on studying at Yale University Department of Music in Untied States.
Chisako also has her activities on TV and Radio, including TV concert events like “Mezamashi Classics”, which was started in 1997. She directs concerts called “12 Violinists” and tours around Japan.
From a short classical piece to Tango and Rock, I’m able to play a large repertoire without any stress. The bow embodies wild strength and sweet sound.
